Terms of Use.

The terms are a legal contract between you and CEE Insight, and by using this site or related services offered through this site you agree to be bound by this contract.

1. Privacy Policy. Our privacy policy is stated under the “Privacy Policy” section of this site. Please review it. It primarily states our commitment to protecting your personal privacy and the protection of your personal data.

2. Registration. If you are asked to register for services or activities, you agree to provide accurate and current data about yourself and yourself only. CEE Insight has the right to suspend or terminate your registration at any time if there is a suspicion of inaccuracy in any regard. Additionally, it is your responsibility to protect your own confidentiality, password and username, and you may be held responsible for activities that are initiated under your password or account. You agree to notify CEE Insight of any security breach with regard to the use of your password or user name.

3. Use of the Services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or in any way transmit content from this site to any other party. Content on this site is for your own personal use, and this remains explicitly the case without direct permission in writing from CEE Insight.

4. User-Submitted Content. CEE Insight may allow you to post your own content, as well as interact with other pursuers of the site. Any such content will be seen as shared content that is then open to the public and freely available for use by CEE Insight. You may not post defamatory or misleading content or content that would be deemed as promoting hate, hate crimes or hate-related actions or violence. You will also not post obscene or vulgar content or any content that degrades any race, class, nationality, religion or gender. Additionally, any content you post must be limited to your own content unless you have the expressed written consent to post the content created or altered by another individual, company or entity. Any posted content gives CEE Insight full and unlimited world-wide distribution rights to this content. However, CEE Insight is in no way responsible for such content and any civil or criminal liabilities created by such content falls on you.

5. Storage and Data Protection. Personal data is stored and processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection dated 29 August 1997 (published in Journal of Laws No 101/2002, item. 926 with further changes). Information containing personal data about users is collected only in order to carry out promotions and competitions and awarding prizes and for marketing purposes. Giving personal data is voluntary, each user has a right to access and correct them, including the right to request their deleting.

6. All content produced and published by CEE Insight is protected by the copyright laws of Poland and other countries, and all reprint and distribution rights in both print and electronic form are reserved. Likewise, the CEE Insight logo and any other logos or trademarks used by this site are copyrighted.

7. Billing Authorization. By subscribing in any way to this site you confirm that all information submitted is true and correct and legally binding under the law of your state or jurisdiction. Additionally, you agree to pay all fees or related charges for the service, including applicable taxes. We may suspend or cancel your account immediately, but we will contact you with an explanation for this move within 90 days. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but only through following procedures published for that particular service. We guarantee no refunds of any kind.
8. Disclaimers. CEE Insight and all related services are available “as is.” There may be delays, disruptions or even inaccurate information posted on the site, as this is the risk run by gathering news in the modern age. We make no guarantees, warranties of any kind. Any loss or injury, whether financial or physical, suffered on your behalf can in no way be attributed to CEE Insight or any information provided therein, or to any advertising on the site, as CEE Insight takes no responsibility for any such claims or information. CEE Insight will also endeavor to keep the site and services “virus and worm-free,” but any such damages caused by using the site or related services are not the responsibility of this site or company, and you will not hold CEE Insight responsible for such damages.

9. The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Poland, and any claim or dispute against CEE Insight must be filed in a court of Poland, whether a criminal or civil jurisdiction applies. You agree to this and to the fact that by using this site, you must file such a claim within one year of the said infringement against your person or company.
