Former-Slovakian cop gets nine years for killing neighbors
A Slovakian court sentenced former-police officer Milan J to nine years in prison for the murder of a Romani family, after it was found that he was clinically insane when he committed the crime.
“The court also ordered the convict’s psychiatric treatment,” Slovakian online paper, The Daily.Sk, wrote March 28. “J originally faced up to a life sentence.”
A trail, which has moved the whole country, finally saw a finale with the sentencing of the notorious former-cop Milan J who murdered his neighbor and four other members of the victim’s family.
The court ruled insanity due to a brain defect, despite the prosecution’s argument that the killing was planned and thus premeditated.
