Developer Griffin Group acquires office complex in PLN 85 mln deal

Warsaw-based real-estate company Griffin Group acquired Nordic Park office complex in a deal worth PLN 85 mln, according to a press statement released by the legal office, which advised on the deal, Kancelaria Kochanski Zieba Rapala i Partnerzy (KZRP), released Feb. 7.

“Kancelaria Kochanski Zieba Rapala i Partnerzy advised the Griffin Group Fund with the acquisition of the Nordic Park office complex […],” KZRP wrote in the press release. “The transaction for the office complex Nordic Park was worth PLN 85 mln.”

KZRP was also the advisory body to Griffin for the acquisition of office buildings Philips House and Batory Building located in warsaw, and a residential plot in the Warsaw district Bemowo.

Griffin was created in 2006. The group is active in the CEE region with a current portfolio of approximately 80,000 sqm in usable space and a land potential adding up to some 400 000 sqm of usable space.
